Sibylle Scheiwiller is an expert in executive positions throughout changes within transitional situations, business coach, career counsellor and trainer in communication. She was actively involved in several national and international companies and agencies.
As per now, Sibylle is Operations Director, career coach, executive coach at von Rundstedt Schweiz.
She implements mental training herself within her passion for endurance sport, in executive positions and team or individual coaching. Sibylle combines her training with several psychometric analyses as certified Insights MDI, Emotional Intelligence and RELIEF (stress management and burnout prevention) with diverse 360° tools. Her greatest passion ist he development of competences and talents. She is dedicating her blog for the newspaper HR Today the topic "employability and future skills".
Sibylle provides a Master in Coaching, Organizational Development and Change Management (ZHAW). She is eidg. dipl. PR- and Communication counsellor and finished her education successfully at the Swiss Board School in St. Gallen.
Sibylle Scheiwiller is mother of two adult children, lives in Rapperswil-Jona and provides coaching in German and English.
